That is the address to write to, and a person reads it. We do not run a telephone line, because a memorial is not something most people want to discuss out loud at a call centre — but an email is answered by someone who knows the product.

Prices

Our prices are set in euros. At payment, our payment provider may show the amount in your own currency, at an exchange rate that includes a 2–4% conversion fee; if you pay in euros, no conversion fee is added. The full price list, with what includes VAT, is in the Terms of Service.

Consumer disputes

We are a company established in Romania. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is handled by the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC, through its ADR scheme (SAL): anpc.ro/ce-este-sal, complaints at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro, telephone 021 9551.

If you live elsewhere in the European Union, the European Consumer Centre in your own country will take up a complaint against a trader in another member state for you, free of charge.

Please write to us first, at forever@stellamemoria.com. Most things are a misunderstanding that one honest email settles, and we would rather refund you than have you feel cheated.
