Yes. It is the same page in every way — the photographs, the video, the reminders, the first year included — with questions written for a pet rather than a person. It is €59, once. Make a page for a pet
No. The page itself has no expiry date and no compulsory fee. We never delete it. Only you can. There is one optional extra, Remembrance — the yearly reminders on their birthday and anniversary. The first year is included, and from the second year on it is €19 a year if you want to keep it; declining it changes nothing about the page. And because that's an easy thing to say, we back it with something concrete: you can request a full export of the page — every story and every photo — at any time, free. If Stella Memoria ever changed or closed, you would receive that export. The page is yours either way.
The family. Only you can create it, only you approve what appears on it, and ownership can be passed to another family member whenever you choose. No stranger can create, edit, or claim a page about your person.
Never. No ads on the page, no selling of data, no fundraising emails "on behalf of" your person. You pay once for the page; anything else we ever offer — the optional Remembrance reminders, the occasional add-on — is yours to decline, and nothing about the page depends on it.
None of it is technical. You make the page yourself, guided: you answer questions in your own words, and add photographs and voice recordings if you have them. Nothing to install, no design decisions to make. You can begin in a few minutes, stop whenever you like, and come back to add more at any time. It can be as short as you want it to be.
Go to the sign-in page, enter the email address you used when you created the page, and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Your pages will be waiting. If you no longer have access to that email address, write to forever@stellamemoria.com and we will find it for you. Go to the sign-in page
The page holds up to an hour of video. If the film you have is longer than that, write to us at forever@stellamemoria.com and we will take care of it.
A person. You'll have a direct email answered by the person who built your page — not a ticket queue, not an automated reply.
Anyone can create a memorial page for someone who has died. We do not ask for proof of family relationship, and we do not verify who is entitled to tell whose story. We cannot judge a family's history from the outside, and we will not try. If you find a page about someone you love and something about it is wrong — the facts, the tone, the photographs, or the fact that it exists at all — write to forever@stellamemoria.com. Tell us which page, who you are to the person, and what the problem is. We read every message.
We do not take sides in a disagreement between family members, and we will not decide who loved someone more. Depending on what you tell us, we may correct the page, hide it from public view while we look into it, transfer it to a closer relative, or remove it entirely. When a page is genuinely disputed and there is no agreement, our default is to make it private rather than leave it public — silence is easier to undo than harm. If we hide or remove a page, we tell the person who created it, and why.
Yes. Content that identifies a living person without their consent, content that is abusive or defamatory, photographs shared without the right to share them, and pages created to mock or humiliate.
A life is too rich to be told by one voice, so a memory page can grow into a portrait made of many pieces, each one written by someone who knew them. Our promises: your words are yours — we will never rewrite, shorten, or “improve” what you write; the family tends the mosaic — they choose which pieces to include, may decline a piece, and may never alter one; the portrait stays open — a piece not included today may find its place in a year, or in ten; and we keep everyone safe — no attacks on the living, no private details about others, no hatred of any kind.
A page set to private or family-only tells search engines not to index it, and no memorial page is ever listed in our sitemap. We don't point anyone at it, ever.
There is no Google, no Meta, no session recording on a memorial page, on the writing screen, or on the contribution page. Not switched off — never loaded at all.
We don't sell it, we don't advertise against it, we don't train anything on it. Access is limited to you and to the people who keep the service running, who look only when you ask for help or when something breaks.
No, and the reason matters. A grave can hold two names; a page holds a person. Your mother's page answers questions about her, in her words, with her dates and her own reminders — and your father deserves the same. So you make a page for each, and we link them: at the bottom of hers it says “Beside Ann — Thomas Miller”, and the same on his. The second page in a family is half price.
Half price. The first page is €99 and the second is €49; a third is €99 again, a fourth €49, and so on — every second page in a family is half price. A pet page is €59, or €29 as a second page. You will find the offer inside a page you already own. There is nothing to ask for and nothing to prove.
Yes, at any time, free. In your page's settings there is a button that gives you the whole page as one file: the words, every photograph, the voice recordings, and the messages other people left. For a copy of everything we send a short confirmation code to your email first.
Prices are shown in euro, but you pay in your own currency. At the moment of payment the amount is converted for you and your card is charged in the money you use every day. Nothing else changes: the page, the reminders and what you get are the same wherever you are.
Somewhere to keep it
Stella Memoria is a page in memory of someone you loved — their photographs, their story, and what other people remember about them, kept together in one place. You write it a little at a time, and it stays online.
